I've also sketched some drawings and tested out how we were going to accentuate the definite line of action with the sketchy-style of the rest of the drawing to make the figure feel recognisable as a character rather than it being just another figure in the film.



I've also sketched out some sketches of toddlers and children and to be fair, it was quite interesting to do. It's always complicated to capture the essence of a child in comparison to an adult. For a child, their features often seem quite close together but it's very easy to draw the features all squished up. I also found it interesting to draw baby hands. I took the hand inspirations from Lilo & Stitch as she has quite kiddy-ish hands that are chubby and stubby.




Next up will be the concept arts which will be fairly interesting to do especially with the minimalistic style that we are aiming for.
